About Computer Services (CS)
The aim of TADWA's Computer Service (CS) Department is to make available affordable quality refurbished computer systems to customers with an advanced package of support including remote assistance, online or in person training and onsite technical assistance. Having access to computers and particularly the internet can help our customers to pay bills, do online banking, take courses, and to improve social skills by using chat and email to communicate with friends.
Our computing team is made up of a combination of skilled computer technicians and a large pool of volunteer technicians who utilize their skills in our workshop to repair, assemble, test and clean the computers to ensure they work effectively and efficiently. Volunteers are supervised by qualified management responsible for maintaining a high level of timely and quality services.
TADWA is a panel member of the Government Community Re-Use Project for Information Communication Technology (ICT) under Common Use Agreement (CUA 47110). This initiative provides TADWA with a steady supply of refurbishable computer technology so that we can assist those in the community facing social isolation and experiencing financial hardship. We are also a Microsoft Registered Refurbisher (
