Help Desk

TADWA provides a help desk support facility designed to assist Computer Service contracted clients with computer related technical problems. The help desk is currently manned five days a week from 9:00am to 4:30pm each weekday (excluding public holidays).

When contacting the help desk it is important that you have plenty of information available. Information such as the error message, the program you are using to generate the error message, and any other information that could help. In addition to this it is important that you have the computer close to you and that the computer is turned on. The help desk person will want to know what is happening on the screen and will provide step-by-step instructions to try to resolve the problem.
